We cannot deliver to PO Box address. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 days for worldwide.

International deliveries do not include customs & clearance fees, duties & taxes, road tax or quarantine and fumigation fees which are payable by the customer prior to delivery. Failure to make payment will result in delays (unfortunately we are unable to process this payment on your behalf) and ultimately the return of the goods and further costs accrued.

For imports into the USA you will need to be aware of the Importer Security Filing (ISF) Rule more commonly known as the 10+2 Rule and you must ensure you’ve appointed a Power of Attorney in order to clear your goods through customs. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries importing rules and regulations and if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for more information.

If there is any damage to your product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at customerservice@atlasteditions.com. If possible, please describe the issue or send us some images. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. 

If your return is approved, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Custom size or bespoke items cannot be returned.

If you may cancel your order, please notify us at customerservice@atlasteditions.com within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation order. Policy: Orders, once acknowledged by ATLAS·T éditions, may not be cancelled without express written authorization by ATLAS·T éditions. If and when authorized, the following cancellation fees may apply: This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement from ATLAS·T éditions but before shipment of goods or execution of services. ATLAS·T éditions can only refund Pending orders. Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as a “Return” with all applicable fees. Orders which are refused at delivery may be assessed an order cancellation fee, a re-stocking fee and/or other applicable.
