Atlasteditions.com is owned and operated by ATLAS·T éditions. By using atlasteditions.com, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions. All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. By placing an order at atlasteditions.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms & Conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at atlasteditions.com for the sale and supply of any products.
None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us. These conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in pounds and all charges will be processed in pounds.
PAYMENT
We conduct all payment transactions via Stripes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20% (where applicable) + shipping costs. All products remain ATLAS·T éditions’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through atlasteditions.com are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the Terms & Conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.
ORDERING
Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone or via email. After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. Once you have received a confirmation you will have entered into a purchase contract with us. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if: The goods are no longer available / We do not deliver to your area / One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error. If we do have to cancel your order, we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given time.
FAULTY GOODS
All products are 100% handmade by artisans around the globe. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws and imperfections, which we believe are characteristics of the processes and add to the beauty and individuality of the items.
